Closed-beta participation
What you are agreeing to, how support works, and how to leave the uncapped beta.
Version: 2026-07-11.
uncapped is inviting a small cohort to use the responsive web product on real work before a broader beta.
This notice is the operational agreement shown when a participant accepts an invitation.
It is not a substitute for future legal terms or a privacy policy reviewed for paid launch.
What participation means #
- You are using an early product that will change based on observed behavior and feedback.
- You remain responsible for every task, draft, decision, or result you approve or publish.
- You agree to uncapped storing the account, work, consent, reliability, and feedback records required to operate the beta.
- You can report bugs, ideas, or unclear behavior through the in-app Feedback button.
Current privacy boundary #
Your private journal remains scoped to your account.
Only a task you explicitly confirm moves into the shared work graph.
The current Claude Code connection receives queued task context within your account permissions.
It does not expose the private journal or uncapped's internal orchestration and prompt corpus.
Production working data is not yet represented as fully encrypted at rest.
Encrypted backup archives and restore testing are live, with the limitations described in Where uncapped is today.
Support and incident ownership #
During the closed beta, Developed by Kenny owns support and incident coordination.
Use the in-app Feedback button for normal bugs and product feedback.
Use beta support email when you cannot sign in or the app is unavailable.
For a suspected privacy or security issue, use urgent support and avoid including passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
If an incident could affect privacy, authorization, or data integrity, the affected path is paused until the scope is understood and a safe recovery or workaround exists.
Leaving the beta #
Email beta support to leave the cohort, revoke access, or ask for a copy or deletion of your account data.
Complete account export and deletion are not self-service features today.
Support will confirm the request and explain what can be exported or removed, including any backup-retention limitation that still applies.
You can ask to remove a waitlist email without joining the product.
Consent record #
Accepting an invitation records this notice version and the acceptance timestamp on the invitation.
Joining the waitlist separately records permission to store the submitted email and contact that person about beta access.
