Work and boards
Confirmed work moves from the daily view onto venture and project boards, so everything is legible in one place.
Work in uncapped can move from the daily view onto venture and project boards. A board is where confirmed work lives once it's operational: it has a status, an owner type (you or the crew), a work type, and a priority. Boards support filters and sorting, and work that needs approval carries a visible review state.
Why boards matter #
A founder-led business usually has work scattered across chat threads, notes apps, and a task tool or two. Nobody can see the whole picture, including the founder.
uncapped's job is to make the work legible in one place without forcing you to become a project manager. You don't file tasks into the board by hand; work arrives from the journal with its origin attached, so the board carries why something exists, not just what it is.
The review state #
Work the crew produces, and anything else that needs a decision, shows up on the board with a review state you can see at a glance. Nothing counts as done until you say so - that's the same human gate that runs through the whole product.
