Where uncapped is today
What the closed beta can prove today and what remains outside the current offer.
uncapped is completing its P0-MAX foundation before expanding the beta cohort.
The current phase is not a general UI polish phase and it is not a public launch.
Proven in the current foundation #
- Per-user accounts and invitation-based venture access.
- A private journal that does not enter the shared graph until the user confirms a task.
- Shared ventures, tasks, owners, statuses, and human review transitions.
- A Claude Code connection that pulls user-authorized queued work and returns drafts.
- Human approval or rejection before an AI draft becomes an accepted result.
- In-app feedback with founder-owned triage.
- Tenant and authorization denial tests, release gates, encrypted backup archives, and a tested restore drill.
Important closed-beta boundaries #
- Production working data is not yet claimable as fully encrypted at rest.
- Backup restoration is proven from encrypted archives on the current box, but off-box box-loss recovery is not proven.
- Complete account export and deletion are support-assisted, not self-service product features.
- Server-held API keys, scheduled AI jobs, and unattended managed execution are not live.
- The current architecture is suitable for a small controlled cohort, not broad self-serve scale.

The current roadmap is intentionally conservative about claims.
The ambition remains large, but each public promise must be backed by a live path and evidence.
